The Founder
Patrick Bradford is a business consultant, keynote speaker, and author who helps growth-focused small business owners increase sales and lead with clarity. He is the founder of Patrick Bradford Consulting and PlanPro Institute, an online business planning academy built to make business growth simple, practical, and accessible for a global community.
Patrick began his career in hospitality, where he developed strong leadership and operational skills. He later grew within Marriott Hotels as an Executive Sous Chef and was selected as a Rising Star Award nominee across the UKIMEA region (United Kingdom, Ireland, Middle East, and Africa), reflecting his early commitment to performance and leadership.
Since 2012, he has traveled and worked with businesses across five different countries, giving him a hands-on, global perspective on business growth. He works with small business owners ready to scale to turn ideas into clear, structured, and scalable business models.
Patrick is also the author of “Blueprint for Business Success,” where he shares practical insights on building strong foundations for long-term growth. He holds certifications in Creative Financing, Master Investing, and Lease Option Investing through Rich Dad Education.
Today, Patrick leads a small remote team that helps build tools and support services for clients. His mission is to help ambitious small business owners take control of their growth, make better decisions, and build strong, sustainable businesses through clear and actionable strategies.
